BIO
Vince Miranda Personal Profile
Owner Operator Vincent Miranda hails from Chicago, IL. He played indoor club volleyball growing up at Sports Performance Volleyball Club. He was then recruited to play at Missouri Valley College as a Middle hitter (2002). While at Missouri Valley he sustained a shoulder injury and then started to turn to the beach volleyball game (2004). Vince from 2006-2010 took time off from the game as a whole for family reasons. Came back to the beach in 2011. Where he started to compete on the beaches of Chicago.
Vince then headed west to Manhattan Beach, California. Where he was formally trained by former AVP pro and current USA Beach national coach Jose Loiola. Vince then took this knowledge competed in a few tours while the AVP was non-existent. He toured with the EVP and Volley America (now AVP NEXT) where he stood in top 15 in his region.
While playing he incurred further injury. Then, Vince saw an opportunity to train young athletes better than the typical "indoor club summer camp". Through his love and passion for the game P.R.I.M.E. came to be. After a few summers of growing numbers and success, Vince took a leap and made P.R.I.M.E. a full year program YES in Chicago. It was then he knew this was his calling.
While operating P.R.I.M.E. Vince was pulled up into NCAA Division 1 athletics as an assistant Beach Volleyball coach at Stetson University where in his first year they went 32-10, won conference, and made history at the NCAA National Championships. After that year he searched for full time employment so he moved to Delray Beach, FL and started to work voluntarily for Florida Atlantic University while working along side the director of Sandstorm Beach Volleyball Jay Ellmyer (an affiliate of P.R.I.M.E.). During his time at Florida Atlantic and Sandstorm, he was called again but this time to Texas to Texas A&M Corpus Christi. It was there where he realized he wanted more and in the midst of Covid pandemic, he moved to Little Rock and realized that there is a need for formal Beach Training there.
Thus......
P.R.I.M.E. BEACH TRAINING WAS RE-BORN!
